Prerequisites:

Individual interview. Year 11 level literacy and numeracy skills preferred.

Course Overview:

Designed to provide an introduction for those interested in working in the electrical/electronics industries. You will learn the basics of electrical theory and maths, and gain practical skills to make you more employable in the fast growing electrical, security systems, refrigeration or air-conditioning trades.

Recognition of Prior Learning: Recognition of prior learning (RPL) may be given for skills and knowledge gained through previous study or other relevant experience.

Assessments include assignments, practical assessment and knowledge test.
